Creative Suite applications are not supported on macOS 10.12 (Sierra), macOS 10.13 (High Sierra), and macOS 10.14 (Mojave). Therefore, many of the Creative Suite installers may not function normally on them. See the information below for available workarounds to install Creative Suite applications under macOS 10.12- 10.14.
Multicore Intel processor with 64-bit support. Mac OS X v10.6.8 or v10.7. Adobe Creative Suite 5, CS5.5, and CS6 applications support Mac OS X Mountain Lion (v10.8) when installed on Intel based systems. 4GB of RAM (8GB recommended).
Note:
You cannot install Creative Suite apps on macOS 10.15 (Catalina).

Mount the Disk Image file for the Creative Suite 6 application.
Right-click Install.app and select Open Package Contents from the context menu.
A terminal window opens and initializes the installer. You are given the option to install in trial mode, utilize a serial number, or verify a Creative Cloud membership.
NoteNot all programs allow you to change the insert method with the Insert key. In the Overtype mode, when 'test' is being typed, it overwrites (replaces) 'Computer' to become 'test ter' with the text being overwritten. Mount the Disk Image file for the Creative Suite application.

Adobe and Apple have worked closely together to test Adobe Creative Cloud applications and Adobe Creative Suite 6 applications for reliability, performance, and user experience when installed on Intel-based systems running Mac OS X Mavericks (v10.9). All Adobe CC and CS6 products are compatible, but a few products require updates to the latest builds to work properly. Adobe Photoshop CS5, CS4, and CS3 were also tested with Mac OS X Mavericks, and currently there are no known major issues.
As with any new release of an operating system, there could be unexpected issues that arise that were not discovered during testing. If you encounter any issues, report them using the bug reporting form.

Yes. If a full version of a CC or CS6 product is compatible with Mac OS X Mavericks (10.9), then the trial version is also compatible. If there are any known issues described in this document, they also apply to the trial versions.
